Set Up Report E-mail
- This page allows you to specify who receives reports via e-mail and customize e-mail messages.
- Modify E-mail Subject - Customize the subject field of the e-mail and text. The subject field is the same for all recipients.
- Modify E-mail Body - Customize the body of the e-mail to include a short description of the report.
- Attachments - Displays the completed reports that will be attached to the e-mail. Reports are sent in PDF format. Click the report names to preview the report. This section only displays when accessing this page from the Completed Reports page.
- E-mail Recipients allows you to specify who will receive the report.
- To add a Tracer Ensemble user to the e-mail distribution, select the name and click Add.
- To remove a Tracer Ensemble user from the e-mail distribution, click Remove.
- To send the report to non-Tracer Ensemble users, click Add New Recipient. Enter one or more e-mail address separated by commas and click Save.
- Click Cancel to return to the previous page.
- Click Save Report E-mail Setup to save the e-mail settings. When the report is next generated, the selected e-mail recipients will receive the report. This button only displays when accessing this page from the Custom Reports page.
- Click E-mail Reports to immediately send the e-mail with the attached reports. This button only displays when accessing this page from the Completed Reports page.
