Completed Reports: View, E-mail, or Delete

Completed reports are reports that have been generated based on a standard or custom report definition. Reports capture data at a particular point in time - when the report was run either manually or systematically by Tracer Ensemble.

 

To access completed reports:

  1. Click Reports | Completed Reports.
  2. Select either the Standard Reports or Custom Reports tab.

 

View Completed Reports

To view completed reports:

  1. Click Reports | Completed Reports.
  2. Select either the Standard Reports or Custom Reports tab.
  3. Navigate to the report and click View.

 

E-mail Completed Reports

To e-mail custom reports:

  1. Click Reports | Completed Reports.
  2. Select one or more reports and click Actions | Send E-mail.
  3. Enter a Subject and Body for the e-mail.
  4. Select the Tracer Ensemble Users to receive the e-mail. Select the user name and click Add.
  5. To send reports via e-mail to non-Tracer Ensemble users, enter the e-mail addresses in the Add Additional E-mail Recipients box.
  6. Click Send.
