Manage E-mail Addresses
- A table showing all the E-mail addresses in the system. Here are definitions of items in the table:
- E-mail Address - Each address is unique and is associated with the other items in the table. Click on an e-mail address to send an e-mail message to it (using your local computer's configured e-mail client).
- Description - Descriptive information about the addressees to help you identify them.
- Global Rules - Any global alarm routing rules assigned to this E-mail address are listed in this column. Click on a link in the column to go to a page where you can manage global e-mail alarm routing rules.
- Building Rules - Any building alarm routing rules assigned to this E-mail address are listed in this column. Click on a link in the column to go to a page where you can manage building e-mail alarm routing rules.
- E-mail Template - This field identifies which custom E-mail template is to be used for this E-mail recipient.
- Click Add New E-mail Address to create a new E-mail address and configure it to receive alarm notifications; you must also specify an Alarm E-mail Template.
- Select a single row and click Edit to make changes to any of the information in the table.
- Select a single row and click Delete to permanently remove the E-mail address and all of its settings from the system.
