Manage Alarm Message Templates
- A table showing all of the Alarm Message Templates. Here are definitions of the items in the table:
- Name - The user-defined name of the alarm message template. Click on a template's name to view or make changes to template details.
- Description - As defined by the administrator who created the template. It should provide enough information to understand what the template is for.
Note: Alarms that meet only the effective priority level or the matching attributes do not qualify. They must meet both to qualify.
- Number of Assigned Users - The number of recipients that are assigned to the template (includes Ensemble users and E-mail addresses of non-users).
- Select one or more templates and click Delete to remove it from the system. You cannot delete a template unless the number of assigned users is not zero.
- Select a single template's name to make changes to the template.
- Select a single template and click Assign to assign the template to users or e-mail addresses.
- Click Add New Alarm Message Template to begin creating a new template.
