- This page permits you to view and edit values for the building attributes. To edit attributes, click the edit icon in the upper right corner of each section.
- Many of the attributes are basic in nature, and can be changed according to user preference, including name and address information. They should have accurate information for users to see.
- Network Identity: the building's IP (Internet Protocol) Address and UDP (User Datagram Protocol) Port are network-specific values.
- Building Information: includes's the building's Name, Address, and contact information.
- Time & Synchronization: time zone and synchronization attributes for the building.
- Time Zone (required) sets the building's time zone.
- If Follows Daylight Saving Time is set to Yes, the clock will follow the daylight savings standard for its location.
- If Auto Synchronize Panel Time is set to Yes, the building panel will periodically have its time synchronized by the clock on the Tracer Ensemble server. When a building is initially discovered, it is set to No.
- If Follow global database synchronization schedule is set to Yes, the database will automatically synchronize according to your global schedule.
- To manually schedule synchronization, set the Synchronization Occurs, Day of Week, and Time of Day.
- Building Attributes: custom attributes for the building.
- To change an attribute, type or select new information in the New Value column for the attributes you want to change and click Save.
- Graphic Directory describes the name of the file directory in which the building's graphics are located.
- Subgroups: a subset of member equipment (spaces, air handlers), systems (areas, VAS), and applications (schedules, calendars).
- Select subgroup(s) and click X to delete the subgroup(s).
- Click + to add a new subgroup.
- Click on the subgroup name to view the subgroup.
