Configure Technician Log Settings

To configure settings for technician logs:

  1. Click Actions and Settings.

  2. In the Logs and Reports section, click Technician Tools.

  3. Click Configure Technician Log Settings.

 

Restore Default Settings

To restore the default settings for technician logs, click Restore Default Settings.

 

Configure Log Settings

To configure the log settings:

  1. For each Tracer Ensemble Component Log, select Basic or Detailed logging level.

  2. Set the Tracer Ensemble System Logging Level to Basic or Detailed.

  3. Set the Maximum File Size per Component Log.

  4. Set the Maximum Number of Log Files per Component.

  5. Click Save.
