Alarm Priority E-mail Routing Recipients
- This page permits you to specify where e-mail messages will be sent when alarms of the selected priority occur.
- The selected priority level is identified in the page heading: Alarm Priority E-mail Routing. To select a different alarm priority level, click Back and click on the name of the desired priority.
- All e-mail addresses in the Selected list will receive a notification when an alarm of the specified priority level occurs:
- Select e-mail addresses you want in the Available list and click Add to put them into the Selected list.
- Select e-mail addresses you want removed from the Selected list and click Remove. They will remain in the Available list.
- Click Add New Recipient to add an e-mail address that is not yet in the system; you must also specify an Alarm E-mail Template.
Note: Tracer Ensemble users cannot receive e-mail notifications of alarms in buildings to which they do not have access. Therefore, the Available list does not contain addresses for these users, and they cannot be added from this page.
