Managing the Support Files Library  

The Support Files Library is a central repository for documentation for equipment managed by Tracer Ensemble. To access the Support Files Library:

1. Select Actions and Settings.
2. Click Support File Library.

From here, you can view, edit, delete, and upload new files.

View

To view an existing file, click on the File Name.

Edit

To edit an existing file:

1. Select one or more files.
2. Select Actions | Edit.
3. Update the file information.
4. Click Save.

Delete

To delete an existing file:

1. Select one or more files.
2. Select Actions | Delete.
3. Confirm that you want to delete the file(s).
