Presentation Name Type Description

Communication Retry

Binary

This property will be True when an attempt to send control data fails and False when communications are successful. 0=False, 1=True

Communication State

Binary

The Communication State for a group is the same as that for the CCP to which the group belongs. 0=Down, 1=Up

Control Event Class

Numeric

This property determines where control messages are routed when the object’s present value is controlled.

Control Mode: Active

Binary

This is the mode to which the group members are currently being controlled. 0=Occupied, 1=Unoccupied

Control Mode: Tracer

Binary

Indicates whether Tracer Summit is requesting the group members to be controlled to occupied or unoccupied. 0=Occupy, 1=UnoccupyThis property is not valid when the CCP System property "Unit Control Source: Tracer" is set to Local.

Control Offset Enable: Ref

Specifies the property or constant used to determine the value of the "Control Offset Enable: Tracer" property. 0=Auto, 1=Enabled

Control Offset Enable: Tracer

Binary

Indicates if Tracer Summit is requesting that the Control Offset Values be applied to the cooling and heating setpoints of each group member. 0=Auto, 1=EnabledThis property is not valid when the CCP System property "Unit Control Source: Tracer" is set to Local.

Control Offset in Effect

Binary

Indicates if the group members’ setpoints are currently being offset by their respective Control Offset values. 0=Setpoint Not Offset, 1=Setpoint Offset.

Energy Saver Mode Enable

Binary

Indicates if the energy saver mode for this group is configured to be enabled. 0=Disabled, 1=Auto

Fan Disable: Active

Binary

Indicates if the group members’ parallel fans are currently disabled.0=Disabled, 1=Auto

Fan Disable: Ref

The number (1-4) by which the group is known within the CCP.

Heat Disable: Active

Indicates if heat is currently disabled for all group members.0=Disabled, 1=Auto

Heat Disable: Tracer

Indicates if Tracer Summit is requesting that heat be disabled for each member of the group. 0=Disabled, 1=AutoThis property is not valid when the CCP System property "Unit Control Source: Tracer" is set to Local.

Last Control Date Time

Date/Time Numeric

This is the date and time that the Present Value property was last controlled. Its value is updated when an attempt to control occurs and 1) a priority change occurs (up or down), OR 2) a change in the Present Value property value occurs (e.g., OCCUPIED - UNOCCUPIED), OR, 3) a change in the priority owner occurs and the priority level stays the same. The date and time value is stored and manipulated in the BCU’s standard date/time format which is a value of seconds past midnight of January 1st, 1980.

Local Name

Character

This is the name of the group. This name differs from the "Object Name" in that it is stored at the VariTrac II Central Control Panel.

Min Flow Stpnt Mult Enable: Ref

Property Reference

Specifies the property or constant that determines if the "Min Flow Stpnt Multiplier: Ref" property is enabled. 0=Auto, 1=EnabledIf the referencer is not enabled, the "Min Flow Stpnt Mult: Tracer" property is set equal to 1.0.

Min Flow Stpnt Mult: Active

This is the multiplier currently being applied to the group members’ minimum positions. Range: 0.0 to 10.0

Min Flow Stpnt Mult: Tracer

Numeric

The multiplier Tracer Summit is requesting be applied to each group member’s minimum flow setpoint. Range: 0.0 to 10.0This property is not valid when the CCP System property "Unit Control Source: Tracer" is set to Local.

Min Flow Stpnt Multiplier: Ref

Property Reference

Specifies the property or constant used to determine the value of the "Min Flow Stpnt Mult: Tracer" property. Range: 0.0 to 10.0This referencer has no effect on the "Min Flow Stpnt Mult: Tracer" property if the "Min Flow Stpnt Mult Enable:Ref" equals 0 (Auto).

Present Value

Multi-State

This property is used to control the object to one of nine standard operation modes. These modes are defined as Unoccupied, Optimal Start, Occupied, Optimal Stop, Demand Limit, Duty Cycle, Priority Shutdown, Night Economize, and Night Heat-Cool.

Timed Override Cancel

Indicates if any of the group members’ Timed Override Cancel buttons have been pressed. 0=No, 1=Yes

Timed Override Request

Binary

Indicates if any of the group members’ Timed Override buttons have been pressed. 0=Normal, 1=Timed Override

Total Outdoor Air Requirement

Numeric

This is the total of the outdoor air requirements for all UCMs in this group that are using flow control. Units: CFM. Note: Flow control is used when a flow sensor is installed and has not failed.

Update Tag

Numeric

This tag is used to indicate that the nonvolatile memory resident data within the particular instance has changed.
