Active Min Flow Setpoint

Numeric

This property indicates the minimum flow setpoint presently in use by the UCM. When the VAV is in pressure dependent operation (i.e. it’s using ‘positional control’), this property represents a valve position (percent open). Otherwise, it represents a percentage of nominal flow size.

Air Flow Stpt: Active Min

Numeric

When the VAV is in pressure independent operation, this property indicates the minimum flow setpoint presently in use by the UCM. In pressure independent operation, the minimum flow setpoint will either be the "Air Flow Stpt: Min Cool" setpoint, the "Air Flow Stpt: Min Heat" setpoint or the "Air Flow Stpt: Min Local Heat."  Which of the three aforementioned properties turns out to be the active one is determined by the UCM.

When the VAV is in pressure dependent operation (i.e. it’s using ‘positional control’), this property will not accurately reflect the setpoint presently in use by the UCM.

This property has dimensionality of gaseous flow.

Air Flow Stpt: Max

When the VAV is in pressure independent operation, this property indicates the maximum flow setpoint presently in use by the UCM. When the VAV is in pressure dependent operation (i.e. it's using ‘positional control’), this property will not accurately reflect the setpoint presently in use by the UCM.

This property has dimensionality of gaseous flow.

This property indicates whether or not the "Go Unoccupied" override has been initiated at the zone sensor module (hardwired or wireless).
0=No, 1=Yes
When a zone sensor module thumbwheel is turned to its low end limit, indicated by a (**) on the thumbwheel, and the ON push button is pressed, the UCM will initiate a "Go Unoccupied" command. The unoccupied override is held until the thumbwheel is moved into the normal operating region.

Use Min Local Heat Flow Stpt

Binary

This property indicates if the UCM is going to use its "Air VLV Min Local Heat Flow Stpt" instead of the "Air Vlv Min Heat Flow Stpt: Loc" when the UCM is actively using its local heat.
0=No, 1=Yes
This property only applies if "Software Revision" is 4.0 or greater.

VAV Air System Identification

Referencer

This property indicates the VAS (VAV Air System) to which the VAV object is assigned.

VAV Control Offset Enable: Ref

Referencer

This property indicates the value to be used by the BCU to determine which value to communicate to the UCM as the control enable offset.

Ventilation Ratio Calc

Numeric

This property indicates a ratio calculated by dividing the (occupied or unoccupied) outdoor air requirement by the sensed airflow. The sensed airflow may be the current flow for pressure independent operation or damper position for pressure dependent operation.

Zone Sensor Type

Binary

This property indicates the UCM configuration for the zone sensor type. The two possibilities are: "RTD" and "Thermistor."
0=Thermistor, 1=RTD

Zone Temp Composite

Numeric

This property indicates resultant zone temperature which takes into account possible wireless transmitter values.

Zone Temperature

Numeric

This property indicates the active value being used by the UCM as the zone temperature. This pertains strictly to the hardwired zone sensor.

Zone Temperature Correction

Numeric

This property indicates the zone temp correction offset applied to the zone sensor. This pertains strictly to the hardwired zone sensor.
