Property | Type | Description |
Comm5 |
UNSIGNEDBYTE |
This field shows whether communications between the BCU and the MP580/581 is Up or Down (or in a different state). It indicates the status of the BCU to MP580/581 communications; Up, Down, Installation in Progress, Incomplete Bindings or No Neuron ID Assigned. If the BCU is online and currently performing a Discovery of Comm5 devices, this field will indicate "Installation in Progress." If there is a problem with the bindings between the BCU and the MP580/581, this field will indicate "Incomplete Bindings." If the MP580/581 currently does not have a Neuron ID assigned to it, this field will display "No Neuron ID Assigned." |
Comm5 DSN |
Unsigned Long Word |
A comma-separated value representing the domain, subnet and node ID (DSN) of the UCM. |
Comm5 Device NID |
Bytestring |
The serial number assigned to the neuron chip. The serial number is usually referred to as the Neuron Identification (NID) number, a unique, six-byte, non-changeable number. |
Comm5 Program Id |
Numeric |
An identifier stored in the device (in the Neuron Chip’s EEPROM) that identifies the application program running on the node. All nodes with the same program ID must have the same external interface. |
Communication Channel |
Numeric |
The number of the link on which the unit is set up to communicate. |
Communication State |
Binary |
The BCU communications state with the unit controller. 1 = Up |
Last control Date Time |
Date/Time Numeric |
The time and date of the last "Present Value" mode change |
Minimum Off Time |
Numeric |
The time duration during which the equipment must remain in an "Off" state before the "Present Value" is allowed to change to an "On" state. This serves to protect the hardware from cycle times that might harm it. Protection applies to priorities below Minimum On-Off control priority. |
Minimum On Time |
Numeric |
The time duration during which the equipment must remain in an "On" state before the "Present value is allowed to change to an "Off" state. This serves to protect the hardware from cycle times that might harm it. Protection applies to priorities below Minimum On/Off control priority. Range: 0 to 120 minutes. |
Minimum Time Remaining |
Numeric |
The time remaining of a Minimum On Time or a Minimum Off Time control action. Range: 0 to 120 minutes |
Object Identifier |
Object ID |
The object’s type followed by its instance number. |
Object Name |
Character String |
A property that assigns a recognizable name to the controller. This name will be used within Tracer Summit to associate this controller with other programs or applications. |
Object Type |
Object type |
The type of object for this controller. |
Present Value |
Multi-State |
The active occupancy mode sent to the controller from the BCU. The nine standard operation modes include Unoccupied, Optimal Stop, Occupied, Optimal Start, Demand Limit, Duty Cycle, Priority Shutdown, Night Economize and Night Heat Cool. These modes will get sent down to the controller as either an occupied mode or an unoccupied mode. |
Relinquish Default |
Multi-State |
The occupancy mode to which the unit controller is controlled when modes at all other priority levels (1..16 are not in effect. |
