Alarm Event Class

An index into the event action table. The event action table contains both a set of instructions for alarm routing, and a list of referencer objects (the potential receivers).

Auxiliary Temperature

Numeric

Indicates the temperature measured by the Auxiliary Temp analog input.

Boiler Enable Status

Multi-State

Indicates the status of the Boiler Enable output. This will be enabled when the loop supply temperature goes below the loop supply low setpoint, and is disabled when the temperature of the loop climbs to 5°F above the loop supply low setpoint. When enabled, local logic in the boiler’s controller will control the boiler.
0=Disabled
1=Enabled
2=Not Present

Boiler Mixing Valve Position

Indicates the position of the boiler mixing valve.
Range: 0 to 100%

Boiler Supply Temp: Active

Numeric

Indicates the temperature measured by the Boiler Supply Temp analog input.

Comm5 Device NID

The Neuron ID (NID) of the UCM. This is a unique, 12-digit, non-adjustable serial number found on every Neuron chip.

Comm5 DSN

Text

A comma separated value representing the domain, subnet, and node ID (DSN) of the UCM.

Communication Channel

This property provides access to the assigned communications channel value of the UCM being represented.

Comm5 Communication State

Numeric

This property indicates the status of communications between the BCU and the TLC.
0 = Down
1 = Up
2 = No neuron ID assigned
3 = Installation in progress
4 = Incomplete bindings

Compressor Control: Active

Binary

This is used by the heat pump loop control application to determine when it is OK to allow the WSHPs to run their compressors.
0 = Disabled
1 = Auto

Control Event Class

Numeric

This property identifies the control event class to be used for controlling the given commandable object.

Diagnostic Alarm Status

Character String

Communicates the diagnostics of the controller as they occur. Indicates both severity and message.

Flow Status

Binary

Used to indicate the flow status in the loop.
0=No Flow
1=Flow

Fresh Air Output

Binary

If the TLC is configured to have a Fresh Air Unit (via the front keypad or Rover), this output will be commanded on when the TLC is in the Occupied mode.

1=On

Last Control Date Time

Date/Time Numeric

This indicates the date and time when the present value property of this object was last controlled. The date and time value is stored and manipulated in the BCU’s standard date/time format, which is a value of seconds past midnight of
January 1, 1980.

Loop Control Setpoint: Active

Numeric

Indicates the loop control setpoint currently in use. Can be either the Loop Supply High or Low Setpoint, or the Optimized Loop Supply High setpoint.

Loop Return Temp: Active

Used to indicate the temperature measured by the Loop Return Temp analog input.

Loop Supply High Limit

Numeric

When the loop temperature rises above this value, an alarm will be generated. To change this value, the user will need to go to the TLC’s front keypad or use Rover.

Loop Supply High Stpnt: Ref

Loop Supply High Stpnt: Tracer

This value is used to define the upper boundary of the loop. When the temperature of the loop rises above this value, the various stages of cooling will begin to stage on to maintain this setpoint.
Range: 60.00 to 120.00°F (16 to 49°C)

Loop Supply Low Limit

Numeric

When the loop temperature drops below this value, an alarm will be generated. To change this value, the user will need to go to the TLC’s front keypad or use Rover.

This value is used to define the lower boundary of the loop. When the temperature of the loop falls below this value, the various stages of heating will begin to stage on to maintain this setpoint.
Range: 20.00 to 80.00°F (-7 to 27°C)

Used to indicate the temperature measured by the Loop Supply Temp analog input.

Mode: Heat/Cool

Actual Heat/Cool mode of the unit.
1 = Heat
2 = Morning Warm-up
3 = Cool
4 = Night Purge
5 = Pre Cool

7 = Test
8 = Emergency Heat
9 = Fan Only

Mode: Occupancy

Multi-State

The local or communicated occupancy status. When both exist, the communicated value has priority.
0 = Occupied
1 = Unoccupied

Op Mode

This property is used to control the unit to one of nine standard operation modes. These modes are defined as UNOCCUPIED, OPTIMAL START, OCCUPIED, OPTIMAL STOP, DEMAND LIMIT, DUTY CYCLE, PRIORITY SHUTDOWN, NIGHT ECONOMIZE, and NIGHT HEAT-COOL. A translation (within the BCU) may take place to map these modes into a simpler mode set.

Pump Request: Active

Used to indicate the status of the Tower Fans 1 through 3 outputs.

Tower Isolation Valve Status

Used to indicate the status of the Tower Isolation Valve output.

Tower Pump Status

Used to indicate the status of the Tower Spray Pump output.

Unit Disable: Active

Binary

Used to indicate the active enable/disable status of the system.
0=Disabled
1=Auto

Unit Disable: Tracer

Binary

Used by Tracer to disable the system from a remote source. Both this property and the hardwired input must indicate enable to allow system operation.

This is the last edit change of this object. This is the upload/download tag property. Its purpose is to keep the PC Workstation and BCU copies of the object instance in synchronization.
