Numeric

Value that the TCM will subtract from the occupied heating setpoint when in the Demand Limit mode.

Last Control Date Time

Date/Time Numeric

This indicates the date and time when the present value property of this object was last controlled.

Minimum Off Time

Numeric

Value assigned to the UCM which serves to protect the hardware from cycle times which might harm the hardware. This value defines the minimum time the TCM must be in the Off state before it can be turned On.

Minimum On Time

Numeric

Value assigned to the UCM which serves to protect the hardware from cycle times which might harm the hardware. This value defines the minimum time the TCM must be in the On state before it can be turned Off.

Mode: Heat/Cool

Binary

Status from the TCM indicating whether the mode is Heating or Cooling.

Momentary Binary In[1-3]

Binary

Status (On/Off) of binary inputs 1–3 when a momentary set of contacts are used.

Object Identifier

Object ID

Unique hexadecimal ID of this object. This ID is used internally to identify the object.

Object Type

Multi-State

Designates object’s type (i.e., analog input, binary output, TCM, PCM, etc.).

Occ Cool Setpoint

Numeric

The temperature to be maintained (i.e., the setpoint) when the TCM is occupied and cooling.

Occ Heat Setpoint

Numeric

The temperature to be maintained (i.e., the setpoint) when the TCM is occupied and heating.

Op Mode Fan Setting

Binary

Value sent from the BCU to set the fan at Auto (0) or On (1).

Present Value

Multi-State

Indicates the operation mode which is currently highest priority.

Setpoint Adjust

Binary

Indicates whether TCM will use a setpoint adjustment from the thumbwheel or BCU.

Setpoint Adjust Src

Binary

If setpoint adjustment is enabled, this property indicates thumbwheel (0) or BCU (1).

Setpoint Offset Setting

Binary

Value sent from the BCU to Enable control offset (0).

Setpoint Setting

Numeric

Value sent from the BCU when setpoint adjustment is Enabled and set to BCU control.
