Alarm Event Class [1-3] Numeric This is a three element array containing entries for alarm classes: Informational Warning, Machine Automatic Reset, and Machine Manual Reset. Each entry contains an index into the event action table. The event action table contains both a set of instructions for alarm routing, and a stretchy list of referencer objects (the potential receivers).
Alarm Output Binary This is the status of the binary output for alarms on the chiller.
0 = Off, 1 = On
Aux Heating Valve Position Numeric This is the position of the valve controlling the leaving hot water temperature. This property only applies to direct-fired Horizon chillers.

Average Line Voltage Numeric This is the average line voltage. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.

Base Load Ch Wtr Setpt: Ref Referencer This is the value used by the BCU to determine which value to communicate to the chiller as the base load chilled water setpoint. (This property feeds the "Base Load Ch Wtr Setpt: Tracer" property.)
Range: 38.0 to 60.0 °F (3.3 to 15.6 °C)
Base Load Ch Wtr Setpt: Tracer Numeric This is the base load chilled water setpoint. It will be used as the chilled water setpoint by the chiller when it is in the base loading mode. To relinquish control of this setpoint, a null referencer must be assigned.

Base Loading Request: Ref Referencer This is the value used by the BCU to determine which value to communicate to the chiller as the base loading request. (This property feeds the "Base Loading Request: Tracer" property.)

Chilled Water Flow Rate Numeric This is the rate of fluid flow through the evaporator. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.

0 = No, 1 = Yes
Chilled Water Pressure: Delta Numeric This is the pressure drop across the evaporator of the fluid flowing through the evaporator. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.

Chilled Water Pump Output Binary This is the status of the binary output used to enable and disable the chilled water pump.
0 = Off, 1 = On
Chilled Water Reset Type Multi-State This is the method the control algorithm in the Horizon chiller uses to reset the leaving chilled water temperature. The algorithm can be calculated based on:
0 = Disabled
1 = Return Chilled Water Temperature
2 = Constant Return Temperature
3 = Outdoor Air Temperature
This property only applies to Horizon chillers.
Chilled Water Setpoint: Active Numeric This is the value to which the chiller is actively controlling the leaving water temperature when it is in the chilled water control mode.
Range: 0.0 to 256.0 °F (-17.8 to 124.4 °C); 3276.7 °F or °C if not making chilled water.
Chilled Water Setpoint: External Numeric An optional external analog input can be wired to the Horizon chiller and used for the chilled water setpoint. If the Horizon chiller has this option installed, this is the value being received from that external analog input. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.

Communication Address Numeric This is the assigned communication address of the UCM.
Communication Bad Message Count Numeric This is the number of message errors that occur when attempting to communicate with the UCM.
Communication Channel Numeric This is access to the assigned communication channel of the UCM.
Communication Error Count Numeric This is the number of communication errors that occur when attempting to communicate with the UCM.
Communication No Answer Count Numeric This is for counts the number of unanswered communications with the UCM.
Communication State Binary This property indicates the chiller’s communication state.
0 = Down, 1 = Up
Cond Water Pump Request: Ref Referencer This is the value used by the BCU to determine which value to communicate to the chiller as the condenser water pump request. (This property feeds the Cond Water Pump Request: Tracer property.)
0 = Auto, 1 = On
Cond Water Pump Request: Tracer Binary This is used to turn the condenser water pump output of the chiller on or place it in the auto mode from the Tracer. To prevent freezing of the chiller, the UCM will not energize the condenser water pump until the chilled water pump is also on.

Condenser Saturated Refrig Temp Numeric This is the active status of the condenser refrigerant temperature input on the chiller.

Current Imbalance Numeric This is the current imbalance based on calculations using the three values for the Phase Current Draw property. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.

Diag: Automatic Reset Binary This is when a diagnostic exists which takes part or all of the chiller off-line. When the condition causing this diagnostic is fixed, the diagnostic will automatically be reset.
0 = None Detected, 1 = Yes
Diag: Information Warning Binary This is when a diagnostic exists which informs or warns but does not cause the chiller to stop running.
0 = None Detected, 1 = Yes
Diag: Manual Reset Required Binary This is when a diagnostic exists which causes the chiller to shut down. The chiller remains off-line until a reset is initiated. Reset can be initiated at the chiller front panel or in the Tracer Summit Horizon Absorption Chiller editor using the clear diagnostic function. LiBr Crystallization Margin Numeric This is the margin of safety between normal operation and sensing detecting and recovery (SDR).

Operating Mode During Diagnostic Multi-State This is the operating mode of the chiller when the last diagnostic was recorded.
Operating Mode: Unit Multi-State This is the active operating mode of the chiller (or last operating mode if a diagnostic is active).
Outdoor Air Temperature: Active Numeric This is the active outdoor air temperature. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.

Present Value Multi-State This is used to control the chiller to one of nine standard operation modes. These modes are defined as Unoccupied, Optimal Start, Occupied, Optimal Stop, Demand Limit, Duty Cycle, Priority Shutdown, Night Economize, and Night Heat-Cool. A translation (within the BCU) takes place to map these modes into a simpler mode set.
Product ID Multi-State This is the product specific to the implementation. For the Horizon and Dragon/Navigator chillers the product ID will be "Absorption Chiller."
Purge Mode Multi-State This is the purge operating mode of the chiller UCM.
0 = Stop
1 = On
2 = Auto
4 = Service
Purge Pump Running Time Numeric This is the accumulated running time of the purge pump over the lifetime of the Horizon chiller. This property only applies to Horizon chillers.
