This is a three element array containing entries for alarm classes Manual Reset, Auto Reset, & Informational diagnostics. Each entry contains an index into the event action table. The event action table contains both a set of instructions for alarm routing, and a list of referencer objects (the potential receivers).

Base Load Current Setpt: Ref

This property indicates the value to be used by the BCU to determine which value to communicate to the UCM as the base load current setpoint.

Base Load Current Setpt: Tracer

This property is the Tracers request for a base load current setpoint. It will be used as a current draw setpoint by the chiller if it is in the Base Loading mode. To relinquish control of the setpoint, a null referencer must be assigned. Units: %. Range: 40 to 100% in increments of 1%. Default: 100%

Indicates the active mode of the binary output used to enable and disable the chilled water pump (ON or OFF).

Chilled Water Reset Type

This the method the control algorithm in the UCP2 uses to reset the leaving chilled water temperature. The algorithm can be calculated based on Returned Chilled Water (1), Constant Return (2), Outside Air Temperature (3), or it can be completely disabled (0).

This property is the Tracers request for chilled water temperature setpoint. It will be used as the Leaving Evaporator Water setpoint by the chiller. To relinquish control of the setpoint, a null referencer must be assigned. Units: F or C. Range: 0 to 65 F (17.8 to 18.3 C). Default: Null.

This is the temperature change across the evaporator of the fluid flowing through the evaporator. Calculated by subtracting the Chilled Water Temperature: Entering value from the Chilled Water Temperature: Leaving value.

Currently, UCP2 cannot do ICS Operating Mode processing, so, this property is just used to store the desired control mode for diagnostic purposes.

This property is used to control the unit to one of nine standard operation modes. These modes are defined as UNOCCUPIED, OPTIMAL START, OCCUPIED, OPTIMAL STOP, DEMAND LIMIT, DUTY CYCLE, PRIORITY SHUTDOWN, NIGHT ECONOMIZE, and NIGHT HEAT-COOL. A translation (within the BCU) may take place to map these modes into a simpler mode set.

Refrig Concentration Channel[1-4]

Reset Relay Output

Restart Inhibit Timer

This property indicates the amount of time that must elapse before the UCP2 will allow the compressor to start, when the compressor is off-line.

Tracer Comm Packet Revision

Object instance update tag. This tag is used to indicate that the nonvolatile memory resident data within the particular instance has changed. The workstation is the primary user of this property.
