Alarm Event Class

This arrayed property specifies the event classes to which Informational Message and Service Required alarm messages are routed. The event class has a set of receivers as determined in Site Configuration that will receive the alarm messages.

Alarm Level

Indicates the severity of the diagnostic shown in the "Diagnostic Alarm Status" property.
0 = Normal
1 = Informational Message
2 = Service Required

Alarm Present

Controller property that indicates that a diagnostic condition exists within the unit.
0 = No diagnostics
1 = One or more diagnostics

Alarm Reset

Binary

Used to directly set nviRequest, enumeration 10 (clear alarm).  The alarm state of the object is cleared, but the state of the object itself may remain unchanged.  Persistent alarms will be reported, as they are re-detected.  '???' will be displayed because this is handled as a momentary command state, so there is no real value that can be read.  The range below is more for an object like a binary output that is used to reference the Alarm Reset property.

Alarms Locked

The value of this property is TRUE when clearing alarms remotely is not supported by the UCM.

Compressor Control: Loop Control

Binary

Building control property that is used to propagate an immediate and latched compressor disable to the controller. A Disable causes a disable to be put to Compressor Control: Tracer and sets a VM-based value to Disable. An Auto only causes the VM-based value to be set to Auto. Valid Range: 0 = Disable, 1 = Auto.

Daytime Warmup Setpoint

Controller property that selects the daytime warm-up initiate temperature. This applies for units that support daytime warm-up. During occupied mode and when the space temperature falls below this temperature, the unit will change into a daytime warm-up (heating) mode until the space temperature goes above the Daytime Terminate temperature. There should be a three-degree Fahrenheit temperature difference between the Daytime Warmup Setpoint and Daytime Warmup Terminate. A value of 40 deg F can be used to disable daytime warm-up.
40.0 to 87.0 deg F. (4.44 to 30.5 deg C). Default value: 67.0 deg F (19.44 deg C).

Energy Recovery Wheel Frost Avoidance

 Indicates the current status of the Energy Recovery Frost Avoidance function for monitoring.  When the energy recovery wheel exhaust temperature falls below the frost avoidance setpoint, the controller initiates a frost avoidance sequence (modulates the outside air bypass damper to maintain setpoint, and/or energizes a pre-heater.)  The Network Variable associated with this property uses two fields (a State field and a Value field) to display an answer. Valid Range:
0 = Inactive
1 = Enable
2 = Not Present

Energy Recovery Wheel Preheat Relay Status
