Contains the text the user assigns to a value to describe which state a Multi-State AOP is in or will be controlled to.

Indicates both the value that the object will be overridden to if done so from a Simplified Override dialog in a graphic, and the range around the value is used to determine the value for the Multi-State Present Value property.
