Tenant Details

Edit Company Information

To edit company information:

1. Click Edit.
2. Update the Tenant Company information and/or the After-Hours Billing Agreement details.
3. Click Save to save your changes.

 

Prepare Invoice

To prepare an invoice for the tenant:

1. Click Prepare Invoice.
2. Enter the date range for the invoice and click Apply. Billing details will display in the chart below.
3. Click Customize Invoice to view the invoice and customize as desired. Any field left blank will not be included when the invoice is generated. Click Save to save your customized settings.
4. Click Generate Invoice PDFs to create the invoice.
5. View or save the PDF file.

Click Edit to edit the tenant's normal operating hours.

Change Normal Hours

To change the normal hours:

1. Slide either end of the bar to the desired time frame. Or click on the time bar.
2. Enter the desired Start and End times.
3. Click Done.

 

Delete Hours Period

To delete an hours period of a specific day:

1. Click on the time bar.

2. Click Delete.

 

Add Hour Period

To add an hours period:

1. Click Add Hours Period.

2. Specify the Start and End times.

3. Select the days of the week.

4. Click Done.

 

Clear All Days

To clear all days:

1. Click Clear All Days.

2. Click Yes to confirm.

Click Edit to edit the subgroups that the client has access to.

 

Select the appropriate subgroups and click Save.

To delete an employee:

1. Select one or more employee.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Delete employee's future after hours requests to remove all future requests made by the employee.
4. Click Delete Employee.

 

Create New Employee

Create New Employee Users

To create a new employee user:

1. Click Create New Employee.

2. Enter a unique Login ID that the employee will use to access the Facility Requests mobile interface.

3. Enter the employee's First Name and Last Name.

4. Specify a Password for the employee and confirm.

5. Select the employee's Subgroup Access. The employee will only have access to the subgroups and zones you select.

6. Click Save.
