Tenant employee users are given access to the Facility Requests mobile interface for making After Hours requests.
Create New Employee Users
To create a new employee user:
Click Create New Employee.
Enter a unique User ID that the employee will use to access the Facility Requests mobile interface.
Enter the employee's First Name and Last Name.
Enter the employee's E-mail Address. This is required for employees to receive e-mail confirmations.
Specify a Password for the employee and confirm.
Select to Allow User to Adjust Temperature Settings.
Choose wether to Display Temperatures in Degrees Fahrenheit or Degrees Celsius.
Select the employee's Zone Access. The employee will only have access to the zones you select.
Click Done.
Edit Existing Employee User
To edit an existing employee user:
Click the employee user name.
Update the employee's information and subgroup access as desired.
Click Done.
Reset Password
To reset the password for an employee user:
Click the employee user name.
Click Reset.
Enter a New Password and confirm the password.
Click Save.
Click Done.
