Chiller Plant Status
Chiller Plant Status provides an overview of the current conditions and the status values for the selected chiller plant.
- Some of the point values can be edited. Click Edit to change the page from view mode to edit mode.
- To set up a new data log for a value, select one or more rows and click Set Up Data Logs.
- Select one or more setpoints and click View Live Data to view a live data feed from the setpoint. A popup window displays the data trend. You can select to view data from the last 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, or since the start.
- Point values that can be overridden are indicated with one of three override icons:

- Overrideable Not in Override: indicates that the point is overrideable, but it is not currently in override.
- Overridden No Expiration: Indicates that the point is overrideable and is currently overridden with no expiration time.
- Overridden with Expiration: Indicates that the points is overrideable and overridden with an expiration time.
- Points that are in alarm are indicated by a red stop sign icon.
- Points that are out of service are indicated by a gold i icon.
- This page provides an overview of the current conditions and the status values for the selected chiller plant.
- To enable or disable the entire chiller plant, click Edit, change the value for Chiller Plant Enabled, and click Save.
- The following functions are available on the main chiller status page:
- To manually rotate the chillers that are in service now instead of waiting for normal rotation, click Force Rotation.
- To manually bring in the next available chiller into service in the chiller plant, click Force Add.
- To manually remove a chiller from service in the chiller plant, click Force Subtract.
- Select an individual chiller and click Failure Reset to clear a failed status and return the chiller to normal operation.
- Select an individual chiller and click Make Unavailable to prevent a chiller plant from put into service by the chiller plant.
- Select an individual chiller and click Make Available to restore a previously unavailable chiller to available status.
- To reassign the swing and numbered chillers, click Edit then select a new value under New Value for each chiller and click Save.
