Panel Utilities

This page permits you to view technical information about building panels and perform advanced functions.
Each panel in the building is listed by name. Click on the name to view details tabs about the panel.
Note that not all tabs display for all panels. Only the relevant tabs will display.

Status Tab

Database Status - Can be Normal, Under Construction, or Cleared.
Processor Idle Time - Tells you what percentage of the total up time the processor has been idle. This could be useful in troubleshooting server performance or determining if resources are adequate for the size of your site.
Volatile Memory Available - How much volatile memory is available in the panel.

To edit the Tracer Ensemble display name for the panel, click Edit Name.
If a panel is not working correctly or the panel seems unable to communicate to other devices, you can reset it, which has the same effect as cycling the power to the panel off and back on. Select a panel and click Reset.
An alternative to resetting a panel is to clear the panel's Random Access Memory (RAM). Select a panel and click Clear RAM.
To delete a panel from Tracer Ensemble, select it and click Delete. Once deleted, the only way to get the panel back is by adding the building.

Displays information about the device. This information is pulled from the device and is not editable.

This tab is only available for equipment with TGP2 programs installed.
Program Name - The TGP2 program name. Click the name to open a new browser window to view the TGP2 program.
Status - The current running status of the TGP2 program.
Run Frequency - Indicates the frequency in minutes that the TGP2 program runs on the equipment.
Run Duration - The time it takes to run the TGP2 program one time. +

The Details Tab displays device properties and their values for the selected device and notification classes.
