Device Updates

This page permits you to see details about the database and time synchronization schedule for this building, and manually synchronize if desired.
Database Synchronization makes the information in the building panel database and the Tracer Ensemble database match. Most recent changes are written to both databases and older changes and data are deleted.
Time Synchronization permits Tracer Ensemble to calculate the local time for all of the panels in a building. Daylight savings time is accounted for in the calculation.
Under Manage Devices, click Synchronize Database to synchronize the database for existing devices.
Select Synchronize all devices to synchronize the database for all devices.
Select Synchronize only devices I select from a list to only synchronize a subset of devices.
Under Manage Devices, click Add New Devices to add new devices to the building.
Details under the Database Synchronization and Time Synchronization are provided for informational purposes.
Click Synchronize Now to start an immediate synchronization. Doing so does not affect the scheduled synchronizations.
