User Profile Details
- The User Profile list contains information and settings that were specified when the user profile was created or last edited.
- If a Building and Subgroup Access Information list is shown, it contains the names of all of the buildings or subgroups the user can access. If it is not shown, the user has access to all of the buildings in the system.
- If a Custom Graphic Access Information list is shown, it contains the names of all of the custom graphics the user can access. If it is not shown, the user does not have access to any custom graphics.
- Click Edit Profile to make changes to the user profile.
- Click Edit General Preferences to make changes to the user's preferences. Users may or may not be able to change their own preferences depending on the permissions set up for their role.
- Click Edit Alarm Preferences to make changes to the alarms that the user sees in the alarm logs and alarm view settings.
- Click Reset to assign a new password for the user. (Only available for users not configured with Network Authentication Services.)
- Click Send New to send the user a temporary password. The user will then need to create a new permanent password. (Only available if the selected user has an e-mail address listed and the user is not configured with Network Authentication Services.)
