Manage User Profiles

The Mange User Profiles page allows you to add, copy, activate, and deactivate users from Tracer Ensemble.

Add New User

1. Click Add a New User.
2. Complete the required fields.

Copy User

1. Select the user to copy.
2. Click Copy User.
3. Complete the required fields.
4. Click Finish.

Activate or Deactivate User

• Activated users are able to access the system according to their user profile and assigned role.
• Deactivated users cannot access the software, but their user profiles are stored in the system.

To activate or deactivate users:

1.  Select one or more user.
2. Click the appropriate button (Activate or Deactivate).
