This is one of a series of pages for creating or editing a user role.
Seven separate tables containing Yes and No selections for user functions in each application.
Select Yes for the View option to unlock the other options for each application.
Options under Alarmsallows or restricts access to alarming functionality.
Options under Data Logs affect only data logs created by the same user profile.
Options under All Data Logs affect data logs created by any user. For example if Yes is selected for Delete under All Data Logs, one user with the role could delete any data log created by any user, regardless of the other user's role.
Options under Overrides include the following:
Select Yes for the Advanced Overrides to permit the user to choose between simplified overrides and advanced overrides in the user preferences. Selecting No will permit them to only see the simplified overrides.
Select YesforPoint Serviceto permit the user to access Point Service overrides.
Set the user's Top Override Priority(from 1-16).
Options under Schedules permit the user to view create, edit, delete, and apply schedules.
Under Global Change, selectYesto allow the user the ability to create global edits.
Select Yes for Tracer SC under Direct Link To Panel to permit users to see the direct link icon () on a Tracer SC panel building summary page and log in directly to the panel. They must know a valid user name and password for the panel.
