Manage Critical Control

Items under Critical Control can only be viewed or changed by users with the appropriate permissions. From this page you can view items under critical control, add new items to critical control, or delete items from critical control.

Permission for Critical Control is set in the User Roles.

 

View Items in Critical Control

Use the Filters and Arrange By fields to sort and view Critical Control Points.

 

Add Items to Critical Control

To add more items to critical control:

  1. Click Add More Items to Critical Control.
  2. Select a Building and a Family Type.
  3. Select the items to add to critical control by selecting Equipment/Objects (if a Family Type other than points is selected)  and Points.
  4. Enter your password and a comment (optional).
  5. Click Add.

 

Remove Items from Critical Control

To remove items from critical control:

  1. Select one or more items.
  2. Click Remove Selected from Critical Control.
  3. Enter a comment (optional).
  4. Enter your password and click Confirm.
