System Status

This page gives you a top-level view of the status of the Tracer Ensemble server and its individual applications.
The list at the top of the page provides information about the server:
The Current System State can be Operational or other non-operational indicators.
The Server Name is the name given to the server by the administrator who set it up.
The Server IP Address is the static Internet Protocol address given to the server by the administrator who set it up. The is the location at which Tracer Ensemble can be found from outside of the building control network (typically you will access Tracer Ensemble from the internet or a local area network or intranet).
Tracer Ensemble Product Version indicates the revision level of the software. This information could be useful to technical support.

Name - The name of the Tracer Ensemble application.
Status - The current status of the application:
Operational - The component has completed startup and is operating normally.
Unknown - Tracer Ensemble is unable to determine the status of this component
Initialized - The component has initialized and is in the process of completing startup.
Not Operational - The component is stopped or failed startup.
Status Obtained - When the last status information was obtained from the application.
Threads - The number of active threads running on the application.
Last Action - The time when the last activity in the application happened.
